Antibacterial soaps are now commonly used in many households. There are also antibacterial detergents, shampoos, toothpastes, and other types of cleaning products being commercially marketed today. Though it has been introduced as the ability to eliminate bacteria, antibacterial soaps have been discovered by researchers and scientists that it actually only kills the weaker or less dangerous bacteria. It can even eliminate the good bacteria that help in fighting the more dangerous bacteria. Far worse “superbugs” or immunity building bad bacteria can develop causing more health treat.
Antibacterial soap is dangerous and further more it may disrupt the ability for children to develop immunity. There are certain bacteria that when exposed to can help develop the immune system. So having constant use of antibacterial soap will wipe out any type of common bacteria. A statement that antibacterial soaps should be avoided and that it is better to wash hands with regular soap and water which is far more effective and safer.
